TiriVelo Admin Dashboard: Simplifying Financial Workflows

TiriVelo is a pet care platform that connects pet owners with service providers through bookings and managed services. This project focused on improving the Admin Dashboard experience, specifically the Booking Payments workflow used by internal teams to manage transactions, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.

The goal was to simplify complex financial information, improve visibility of payment states, and support faster, more confident decision-making. By restructuring the data presentation and introducing clear filtering and sorting interactions, the redesigned experience reduces cognitive load and makes it easier for admins to understand and act on each booking.
